Cost: Free

NPS MedicineWise educational visits help you stay up to date with the latest evidence and guidelines on a range of topics. They cover therapeutic areas commonly managed in general practice, where a gap is identified between best practice and actual medicine and medical test use.

Facilitated by our independent Educational Visitors, these visits offer health professionals the opportunity to discuss different therapeutic approaches and the choices available.

 

Educational visits are available in a format that suits your practice

  • One-on-one: a 30-minute in-practice discussion for GPs, tailored to individual learning needs. To comply with current state and territory regulations for social distancing.
  • Small group: a 1-hour group discussion (complying with current state and territory regulations for social distancing) for GPs, pharmacists and nurses.
  • Virtual visits: via video call. Available to support practices who wish to continue educational activities without a face-to-face appointment.
 

CPD accreditation

Each educational visit is approved under the RACGP CPD Program and ACRRM PD Program.
