Micaela finds it frustrating when none of the doctors she sees is willing to discuss an issue she is having with her medication.
One of the things I find frustrating is that he's not prepared to enter into any discussion about what other meds I might need to be on, because it's not his area of expertise and, as far as I was concerned, if I'm seeing an immunologist, who obviously is looking at things more broadly and the system more broadly, I was surprised that he wasn't overseeing my medications, but he puts that responsibility at the door of my GP and my GP, while I have a great GP, but he's got the attitude, ‘ ... but you're the specialist and you know more about this. You see this more often than I do.’ I find doctors do tend to pass things off to each other.
