Peter H has a simple technique for working out when to take his medicines when he is overseas.

So a bit of a business, when I go to the Czech Republic, which I do every year, again visiting grandchildren and family, adjusting the time shift with the medicine is a bit of an issue. But I just work out what seems to be reasonable, stick somewhere in the middle.
